Our Digital Presses. Our EFI Jetrion 4000 and 4830 UV inkjet systems help us meet our customers' needs and meet market dynamics such as short run lengths, many different SKUs, bar coding, inventory needs, short turnaround times and lower margin jobs. Another bonus of digital printing is production proofing. It is also great for producing "mock ups" to explore new ideas for labeling your products. Our digital presses also have the ability to produce variable data information such as barcodes or consecutive numbering.
Our EFI Jetrion 4000 and 4830 digital presses use advanced drop-on-demand printheads and UV inkjet ink technology with grayscale capability to deliver print resolutions of up to 1000 dpi, giving near photographic quality.
Negotiable Lead Times Digital label printing eliminates time, plates and waste involved in setting up and registering a label and because we print on pre-die cut material, our labels are immediately ready to ship to you. Upon receipt of your order and final artwork approval, your digital labels can usually be produced in as little as 24 hours.
